Hello there!

My name is Maggie, and I'm an educator and leader in academic libraries. I work as the Head of Business & Social Sciences Liaison Programs at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  I completed an MLIS from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Food Science Clemson University, where I was a first-generation college student. I am currently in the candidacy phase of a PhD in Higher Education Administration.

My current research focuses on libraries and higher education institutions as workplaces, examining how interpersonal relationships, social norms, and organizational factors coalesce to lead to incivility, bullying, and burnout.
